I have always wanted to do abstracts, but I learned a lesson on these.  Abstracts take just as much time and patience and thoughtfulness as anything else.    The biggest issue with painting for everyone is simply getting used to the materials.  Having the paint go on the right thickness and consistency is huge. Being able to make those thin lines when you want them and leaving the fresh color alone.  That all takes so much care and patience!!  I'll leave the abstracts alone for now I think, unless DPW challenges us to more!
Thank You
