Stepping Into The Light...1 inch thumbnails

 Lately I studied Chris Legaspi in New Masters.
 I enjoyed  his calming demeanor and the way he analyzes his subject before he starts! Even talking out loud to himself! Something I really needed in my own approach, getting the focus. It becomes a meditation instead of being driven by how I'm feeling at the moment!  I spent most of today considering this next painting.  Doing the ruff thumbnails 'in paint' helps to get the ideas flowing, so many happy accidents can happen!  (Really, did I just quote Bob R.!!)
