I have painted commissions of houses, people and animals.
My prices are by size, this years prices are: 
9x12  -  $200.
16x20 - $400.
18x24 - $800.
25$ non refundable deposit is due upfront. 
The rest of the full amount is due when you approve of the painting on line.  
​After it is fully paid with taxes and shipping added on, I'll ship it.  
*If for some reason you want to return it, I will completely refund your money minus shipping costs.
 *It must be returned within 14 days in the same condition I sent it.  THANKS!!
